Star Citizen buyers have paid an average of $296 each

The players who paid for Star Citizen have put in an average of $296 each. It emerged after Chris Roberts' opening speech during Saturday's Citizencon event, Twinfinite writes. Roberts said that 1.7 million of the 4.1 million players listed on the funding page have paid for it.
