Cyberpunk 2077 has been getting quite a boost since the release of the Edgerunners series, the game received an update and we learned more about the planned Phantom Liberty expansion. And now they can add another proper milestone, namely that the game has sold over 20 million copies.

On Twitter, Cd Projekt Red writes that 20 million cyberpunks are now roaming the streets of Night City, which can be compared to the 18 million they reported in April.

The milestone also means that the game has sold about half as much as The Witcher 3, which managed to sell over 40 million copies. The Witcher 3, on the other hand, was boosted by two fantastic expansions, while Cyberpunk 2077 only looks to get one.
