Wolfenstein 2009 (Win) Beside the real world, there is also a parallel dimension called the Veil. Himmler's Paranormal Division knows about the Veil and has built several portals in Isenstadt to travel from the real world to the other, giving them an advantage in the battle over Isenstadt. However, in order to enter the Veil, one needs a special medallion, otherwise the trespasser shall turn into a monster upon his return to the real world. In addition, the medallion grants its wearer special powers. Naturally, the Office of Secret Actions can not allow the Nazis to get access to such powers and sends in their best agent: B. J. Blazkowicz. Although he manages to steal the medallion, the Nazis are already on the brink of being able to artificially create such a medallion in the lab. B. J. can't let them succeed and joins the fight. Wolfenstein is a first-person-shooter that mainly consists of the player shooting his way through hordes of different types of Nazis, ranging from normal soldier to ninjas. To deal with the large amount of enemies, the player has access to many typical WWII-weapons like the German MP40 or K98 rifle. 007: Quantum of Solace (Win) Based on the scripts of the 21st movie "Casino Royale" and the 22nd James Bond movie of the same name as the game, it follows closely the story of those movies but elaborates many scenes and fills in some blanks. In a first person shooter fashion, the player directs Bond through the levels filled with many bad guys. To overcome those, Bond has several different kinds of weapons at his disposal ranging from his trusted P99 to machine guns and full blown grenade launchers. But the levels are also filled with canisters that either explode upon shooting or vent gas that temporarily blinds the enemy. Bond can also perform a take down move which puts an enemy out silently. If Bond is near enough to an enemy, a button press will initiate the corresponding mini-game in which the player needs to hit a circle with a crosshair in a short period of time. Is the player successful, the enemy is out of the play but when he fails to hit the mark in time, Bond will be thrown away from the enemy and is vulnerable for a short period of time. In addition Bond can duck into cover to avoid bullets and shoot blindly over it or look out of it to get the kill. Bond also automatically regenerates his health when not under fire. Other obstacles in the levels are cameras, which can either be shot or disabled and electronic locks which need to be hacked in another mini-game. There arrows flash green or red on the screen and the player needs to press the corresponding button fast enough when it blinks green to input the right number into the keypad. The game also features a multiplayer mode for up to 12 players with the following game modes: Bond Versus: one player takes over the control of James Bond and either needs to defuse two of the three bombs in the level or kill all six of the opposing team. In this mode Bond can also see all enemies and has two lives. Golden Gun: the first player to score 100 points wins the round. Points are earned by kills but if the player is holding the always visible power weapon called "Golden Gun", he scores 6 points per kill. Bond Evasion: in this mode one member of the MI6-team randomly gets to be Bond and needs to get to the escape point of the map to win the round for his team. Amazon Studios has launched a new Blade Runner series, with Ridley Scott as executive producer. Scott may also direct some episodes. The series takes place 50 years after Blade Runner 2049, and will thus be called Blade Runner 2099, according to Deadline. The series should reportedly have high priority, and want to get the series out as soon as possible. The series is still in the script stage, but Amazon have started looking at possible dates for the start of production. There is no release date yet - not so strange considering the still early stage.

The film "What's My Name" lets the Hollywood icon look back on his life, and is reunited with several of the other action stars he met during his career. Actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme has decided to put his film career behind him. According to Deadline, the 61-year-old will soon make his last role in the genre where he has become a big icon, in an action film entitled "What's My Name". In the film, Van Damme will play a fictional version of himself, who wakes up with a severe memory loss after a car accident. In search of his own identity and purpose, he encounters several of the people he has fought against during his career, before the journey finally leads to his last match. Van Damme has played himself a number of times before, most recently in the series "Jean-Claude Van Johnson", where he lived a double life as a movie star and dangerous private detective. According to the actor himself, "What's My Name" is more inspired by his real life, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, while the film is a look back at his long career, which took off in the 80's. - We will take in real elements from my life and what happened to me. I came from Belgium, all the way to Hollywood. I succeeded, I failed and I came back, says Van Damme to Deadline. Exactly which other actors will appear is not confirmed, but the expectation is that "What's My Name" will reunite Van Damme with several other Hollywood stars he met during his career. Whether this can include Swedish Dolph Lundgren, who has played against Van Damme in films such as "Universal Soldier" and "Black Water", remains to be seen. Van Damme's most recent role was in the action comedy "The Last Mercenary", which was released on Netflix last year. Halo's original composers Marty O'Donnell and Mike Salvatori have sued Microsoft for 20 years of missing royalites. The case will be taken up next week and could potentially go to court if the parties do not agree. According to O'Donnell and Salvatori, they own the rights, while Microsoft says that they are only employees and thus that Microsoft is the owners of the rights. This is what O'Donnell says about the situation: According to O’Donnell, this also extends to the upcoming TV series that he says this about: Those who has seen the trailer has probably wondered why it lacks Halo music and the lawsuit would very well be the reason why when this lawsuit was sent in already in 2020. In the expansion we mainly play as Odin who came to Svartalfheim to save his son, Baldr. There we meet, among other things, an "immortal" giant. There are also rumors that a smaller Assassin's Creed is underway, with a richer stealth focus.
