In the same vein that Insomniac revealed Marvel's Spider-Man 2 with a release in 2023, they also confirmed Marvel's Wolverine in a nagging short teaser. That game was described in fall 2021 as "very early in development" . No date was mentioned.

For its part, Microsoft claims that Insomniac and Playstation Studios plan to release this Marvel title as well in 2023. Tech4Gamer notes in documents regarding the British Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) that Wolverine and others will be released in the coming years.

"Playstation also has a spate of first- and third-party exclusive titles lined up for launch in 2023, including Spider-Man 2, Wolverine, Horizon, Final Fantasy XVI and Forspoken.

Wild guess? A mistake? Or do they know something we don't? Most unclear.
