Australia is the latest country to get graphical enhancements and other goodies in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is called World Update 7, and in addition to nicer and more realistic graphics in many parts of the country, it contains four hand-made airports, lots of attractions, new Bush Trips, Discover Flights and Landing Challenges. With more.

In addition to attractions such as the Sydney Opera House, Ayers Rock (or Uluru) and Bondi Beach, you can take a look at Tasmania and swing past the Great Barrier Reef. As usual, the update is free.

There will be more World Updates like this in the future. In number eight, it's time for the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal), and it is believed to release at the end of March. A number of other news and updates are planned for the year. Keep an eye on the blog for changelog, planning and other information.
