It's going well now, Cyberpunk 2077. The sad release (not least on the old-gen) is well documented, but in the wake of updates, the Netflix series Edgerunners and the disclosure of a expansion have rushed the number of players. In fact, CD Projects yesterday tweeted that the game was visited by 1 million players each day this week. CD Project thanks for the support of all "Chooms".

The future looks bright, with the expansion Phantom Liberty on the horizon. While it will be the only expansion, CD Project promotes "full engagement" in the series even beyond expansion.

That, and they have also revealed the next Witcher game that will be the start of a brand new story.
