  • Halloween Ends Quick Review (spoilers)

       (Overall rating from this review)
Halloween ends is a poor attempt on trying to end a excellent series.

Halloween Ends is not what you expect it to be. The movie runtime is roughly 90 min and we get to Jason the last 15. Jason is in the movie but they made him a simp, old and general a all around weak dude. Instead the entire movie is about a young man with a tragic history where he accidentally caused a childs death. He meats Jason in the sewers, gets addicted and want to be like Jason but ends up dying anyway.

Basically, the writers of this movie made another character the main man, kills him off, introduces the actual main character for 15 minutes and the kills him off. The entire premise of this movie is just so weird, it feels like the writers don't know anything about the Halloween / Jason lore and just wanted to make more of a drama ending rather than a horror ending.

It's great that they managed to get the classic actors back into the ending, sadly it's the only thing this movie have going for it.

To make this short review shorter, don't waste money on this, wait until you can watch it on a stream service you already have.
