Add more Lora weights to Fooocus

Open webui.py, change values on line 312: 

lora_weight = gr.Slider(label='Weight', minimum=-4, maximum=4, step=0.01, value=v,

When you start Fooocus, it might update and override the values to -2 and 2, so try again. I had to start up twice even though I was up to date.

Note; You have to change this every time Fooocus updates, until the developer decides to add it to the official release.
