This is the standard version of the StarfieldCustom.ini that is required for most addons to work properly. Nothing added, nothing changed. It's the raw file without any added modifications.
Unpack the file into \Documents\My Games\Starfield so that the "StarfieldCustom.ini" ends up in the root. Path should look like "\Documents\My Games\Starfield/StarfieldCustom.ini" after extracting the file.
