Destruction Derby 2 View File This sequel to the original Destruction Derby offers more of the same no-holds-barred action and mayhem with new tracks and a lot of technical improvements and features not seen in the original, such as a pit stop feature that allows car repairs! Gameplay is identical to its predecessor -- the objective consists of gaining points by winning races or "creatively" crashing opponents and climbing to the top of the rankings. Destruction Derby View File You probably feel like a crash test dummy when you're playing this game - it's not only a racing game, but you get points for wrecking your enemies! The amount of points you get depends on how you hit them ... e.g. you get more points for getting them do a 360 other than driving into their sides at high speed. The game has more to offer: a head to head mode with only two cars or the legendary destruction derby itself - a huge arena, every car starts at the edge of it, and then - have a nice crash! At the end of the 90's, the racing game market was very crowded, and in order to gain a foothold in it, you really had to come up with something new to engage players. And that is exactly what Attention to Detail did, which in 1999 came up with the excellent game Rollcage. This is a great racing game that actually has no rules, no boundaries, just a non-stop racing experience. The very name of the game "roll cage" suggests that it will be driven with almost unbreakable cars, where it doesn't matter if you crash, make hours, turn around, just step on the gas and move on. The individual tracks differ from each other not only in terms of graphics, but also in terrain and even gravity, so on some tracks you can fly nicely, or you can race on walls or ceilings. This is a great game that is fast, dynamic, very nice and fun at the same time. It is very difficult to find a weakness that you would blame for it. -

Over the years, NFS has become a legend in the gaming industry. Need For Speed games are always very graphically attractive and very well playable. In 1997, EA released an enhanced version of NFS2 called Need For Speed 2: Special Edition, where they focused primarily on graphics enhancements and I have to say, that graphics were at the peak at the time. Other new features were added as well, such as: 4 new cars (Ferrari F355F1, Ford Mustang Mach III, Italdesign Nazca C2 and Ford Indigo), 3 bonus cars, 1 new track, new game modes, or the opportunity to drive mirrored, or reverse tracks. However, it was still a good old NFS with all the positive and negative characteristics. Controlling the car is smooth, but not entirely simple, so it may take you a while to get used to it and stop cutting down every tree. in the Special edition, a new game mode "Wild" has also been added - here you can drive at such speeds along the way, where other machines would start flying.-

Did you like Ignition? Then you will also know the game Re-Volt. It is a cult game that has also come to mobile devices for iOS and Android. Just like Ignition, this game is similar that you are driving small-cars. Although the graphics is not anything special for the time when Re-Volt came out, you will definitely enjoy this game for a fairly long time. You can choose between racing against other computer-controlled cars, driving on time and other race options. At the race, you have the option of taking a bonus - a flash that gives you to a weapon to help you beat the opponents. Weapons are quite a diverse, for example: bomb, which automatically target the opponent, the spade ball you throw behind you, the oil splatter and many more. It is these elements that bring the right amount of fun into the game, and especially in multiplayer you will enjoy a lot of stressful moments. In addition to choosing a lot of cars you can compete on many different maps, where each has its own theme and brings something new to the races (Toy Store, Titanic, Street,...). Every car has of course its specific features such as speed, acceleration, control and so you have to choose a car well with regard to the map on which you are going to fly. The Re-Volt game will certainly give you a lot of fun even today for long nights.-
