  1. Space Quest 6: Roger Wilco in the Spinal Frontier (Dos) View File Roger Wilco, the brave interstellar janitor who has already saved the universe from many great dangers, is now in a very embarrassing position. His commanders show no respect for his courageous actions in the previous game. Instead, he is being accused of all kinds of violations against the galactic law, is deprived of all the honors he got in the previous game, and as a token of mercy, is allowed to return to his old job - cleaning closets... But those unfortunate events are just the beginning of much bigger troubles Roger will get into. Once again, the future of galaxy depends on him! Space Quest 6 is the first game in the series to be released exclusively on a CD ROM. The game continues the humorous tradition of the series and is especially inclined towards parody of popular sci-fi movies. It features SVGA graphics and voice-overs for conversations and text descriptions. The interface is slightly different from icon-based system used by Sierra in many other adventure games: the player chooses verbs from a menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, similarly to earlier LucasArts titles. Unlike all previous Space Quest installments, the game allows the player to retry immediately in case Roger dies, without the need to restore a previously saved game. This adventure game puts the player in the shoes of Rincewind, a wizard whose sole purpose in life is to stay alive. He appears to be very good at it as well, because apparently the universe has decided to continuously challenge him. The game takes place in the humorous fantasy world created by Terry Pratchett. The world is called the Discworld, as it is actually a flat disc carried on the backs of four gigantic elephants, which themselves stand on the back of an even larger turtle. The story is loosely based on the novel "Guards! Guards!". Both in the book and the game, a dragon is summoned by a group of mysterious conspirators and now terrorizes the city state of Ankh-Morpork. Being the most expendable wizard of the Unseen University, Rincewind is given the task to get rid of the beast (only in the game though; in the book, the city's nightwatch has to deal with the problem). Discworld is a classical point-and-click adventure game with a few original features. For example, Rincewind's inventory is limited to two objects, and the majority of his belongings is stored in the Luggage, an intelligent chest with dozens of little feet. Furthermore, at a certain point in the game the player gains access to a time-traveling device and has to send Rincewind to the past and back in order to solve some of the puzzles.

X-COM: Terror from the Deep is the follow-up to the resource management and tactical combat game X-COM: Enemy Unknown. It has been 40 years since X-COM last defeated the aliens. Now, in the year of 2040, aliens begin to appear on the Earth again. This time the threat to humanity is coming from the depths of oceans. The game is almost identical to the original X-COM game. The user interface, weapons, and aliens are all the same. The only difference is the adaptation of the aliens and weapons (e.g. new hand-to-hand weapons) to the ocean environment. The game features both undersea and on-land missions, and is significantly harder than its predecessor.

Maxis takes their Sim-building line vertical with SimTower, an original concept from Japan (where vertical living is much more commonplace than in many parts of the world). Your goal is to build a skyscraper that is both tall, aethestically pleasing, popular, and, most importantly, economically profitable. To be successful, your building cannot just be levels upon levels of officespace, or just an apartment sky-rise, but a multi-functional haven for humanity featuring everything from penthouses to theatres, restaurants to shopping malls. The centerpiece of your tower design is your elevators and proper managment is the key. You can watch your Sims enter and leave your grand tower, getting impatient waiting for elevators, or having a hectic work day at the office. You can even train in on one or two, to server as a metering stick for their compatriots, or just to peek into the average workday of the little people living in your building. Or watch the security and resuce crews race as distasters like bomb threats and fires rampage through your well-crafted skyscraper.

Divide by Zero's third adventure release is an uneven space opera that has interesting puzzles and plot-- marred by a huge amount of gratuitous violence and prafanity that may turn many players off. Played in the third person through an extremely linear path, Orion's plot revolves around your character's investigation of the death of his son at a research station in deep space. Other, more farfetched (or derivative) plot elements come into play later in the game. Much of the backstory is provided in a nifty little graphic novel packaged with the game, entitled "Devlin's Story". Other information, as well as comprehensive installation notes, are included in a well-presented game manual. Even with these aids, however, it was difficult to free up enough low DOS memory to run the game with sound card support. Orion does not identify how much free memory it requires, so there may be some trial and error in fine-tuning the game for best operation. To allow the game to run in less conventional memory, several command-line switches are suggested, which apparently display the screens at a slightly-lower resolution and offer automatic (but slow) scrolling at the screen edges. The point-and-click user interface performs satisfactorily, with hotspots identified on the screen and possible object interactions displayed with the right mouse button. This "giveaway" of information on how you can act upon objects may make the game puzzles rather predictable and easy. On the other hand, you may find yourself spending the majority of gameplay merely moving your character from one station destination to another - often a very time-consuming process since no "zip" mode or shortcuts have been provided and access points seem arbitrarily restricted from each other. We'll suspend our disbelief about the amount of gravity on a 10-acre asteroid. Despite some good puzzles, the game is chock-full of completely-gratuitous profanity. If you're offended by that or simply don't see it as adding anything to the atmosphere of an adventure game, then you might want to avoid The Orion Conspiracy altogether. There are also a few mildly-graphic scenes of animated violence, which, together with the language, seriously hampers what enjoyment you can get out of it. Beware!

3D Movie Maker (commonly shortened to 3DMM) is a children's computer program developed by Microsoft Home's Microsoft Kids subsidiary in 1995. Using the program, users can make simple films by placing 3D characters and props into pre-rendered environments/backgrounds, as well as adding actions, sound effects, music, text, speech and special effects. Movies are then saved in the .3mm file format. The biggest fan-community of 3D Movie Maker, 3Dmm Studio, still works, even though it wasn't updated since 2006. Visit it to find useful tools and archive of user-created movies. Or you can use our forums and its dedicated 3DMM Studio thread. In May 2022, Microsoft published original source code of the program, which can be obtained on GitHub or Archive.org 3D Movie Maker has an addon available: Nickelodeon 3D Movie Maker, don't miss it!

You probably feel like a crash test dummy when you're playing this game - it's not only a racing game, but you get points for wrecking your enemies! The amount of points you get depends on how you hit them ... e.g. you get more points for getting them do a 360 other than driving into their sides at high speed. The game has more to offer: a head to head mode with only two cars or the legendary destruction derby itself - a huge arena, every car starts at the edge of it, and then - have a nice crash!

As the game name itself suggests - plot of the game takes place in the past, namely in 200 BC, in the Roman era. Your task is to help Caesar to develop and expand his empire by conquering new territory, where you build new cities. You start with a small village and you need to further develop and take care of it. You must provide drinking water, education, protection, entertainment and all the other typical urban stuff for city residents. You must also think of the external protection of the city, because many barbarian hordes may attack your city. If you manage to solve all these things, you might eventually become the new Caesar. If you like SimCity and Civilization, you'll love the game Caesar 2 too.

  17. Diva X: Ariana View File In this installment of Diva X series of interactive virtual sex simulators, you meet Ariana, a lonesome brunette in the hotel's lobby. She was reading a book, until you came to her and began the conversation. The next events move you both to her apartment for certain reasons. The first intimate encounter with her will give you some pleasure, but more experience will be gained by your next interactive actions. With TFUI(tm) 2.0 Technology (Touch Feel User Interface), an icon-based 3D interface that mimics human spoken language, you are allowed to touch and sexually interact with Ariana, in real-time, from the first-person view. So, in the game you should stimulate the woman with advanced sexual functions: tongue, self-stimulation, special toys as well as your own hands and body. The game also includes X-Director(tm). Literally sitting in the director's seat, you take full control of the sex scenes in FMV and direct Ariana to do as you command. Advanced editing functions include record, play, save and edit XXX interactive sequences and create your own full length movies for future playback. Edit lists can be transferred via media or internet for later viewing and are compatible with subsequent instances of Diva X series. Zoom and multiple camera angles may be varied also. The gallery of Ariana's static pictures in compromising situations and video-shoot outtakes are also present. Submitter SirMadsen Submitted 01/16/2022 Category Adult
