In a press release, Paradox reveals that Victoria 3 will be released on October 25, which means twelve years after the second and nineteen years after Victoria: An Empire Under the Sun. There is time to build up reasonably high requirements during that time. Up to the proof!

The grand strategy game takes us from 1836 all the way to 1936. The Victorian era is considered strict, ornate and rule-heavy. Proven breeding ground for successful strategy twice before. The nice thing, of course, is that it's up to you to write about the historical century - over and over again.
